| This document informs you of the various Rules and Regulation of Toppers eLearning IIT-JEE Learning Centre. Please read this carefully. |

- Fee once paid will not be refunded of adjusted at any stage and under any circumstance.
- Students enrolled at Toppers eLearning IIT-JEE Classroom Centre have to maintain proper decorum in the institute premises at all times. Indiscipline of any form or misbehavior with staff could lead suspension/ rustication.
- Students who frequently come late to institute, may not be allowed in the institute premises.
- If a student is absent from classes more than 3 days in a row he/she is required to inform in writing to the Vice- President- Academics. In case of absenteeism for long periods without prior intimation, the admission of student may be deemed cancelled without any notice and without any refund of fee.
- Any change of address should be notified to the office administration without delay.
- Student must be in possession of Toppers eLearning Identity Card while coming for classes and must produce the same for checking by the Toppers eLearning’s staff, before entry. Identity cards lost or misplaced will be replaced with a duplicate identity Card on depositing a passport size photograph and Rs. 50/-
- If any cheque is dishonoured for any reason, appropriate action may be initiated as per Negotiable Instruments Act. An administrative charge of Rs.250/- would be levied for every dishonoured cheque and the fee in lieu of the dishonoured cheque will strictly have to be submitted vide a Bank Demand Draft/ Pay Order only.
- In case of any increase in the Service Tax or Education Cess (from the existing rate of 10% Service tax plus 3% education cess thereon) by the government of India, such increase in tax shall be borne by the student from the date of notification by the Government of India.
- The student is solely responsible for the fulfillment of eligibility criteria for entrance examination/course. The institute would not be responsible if the student’s admission form is not forwarded or is rejected on any ground. Getting admission forms and submitting to the examining body for IIT-JEE/ other engineering entrances will be the sole responsibility of students/ parents.
- Students enrolled with Toppers eLearning have to submit a photocopy of their admit card and application form of IT-JEE/ other engineering entrance examination as son as they receive it, failing which, the student would not receive their Young Star Package (YSP),Test Series or any other question papers, study package, prizes/rewards etc.
- Toppers eLearning reserves the right to use the photographs and /or testimonial letter of the student in any promotional/ publicity material of the institute.
- In order to help the students, the institute may provide information about some private hostels being run in the vicinity of the institute. Toppers eLearning does not take responsibility for any hostel whose information may be provided by it.
- Toppers eLearning reserves the right to change or alter the Classrooms program, fee or rules and regulations without any prior notice to anybody. The management’s shall be final and binding on the student and their parents.
